2007-09 Board Members (*)

The officers of the TATOA Board of Directors consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Officers are elected by a majority of the voting members by mailed ballot or by those in attendance at the first Regular Meeting of the fiscal year. The membership elects four (4) Regional Representatives and one (1) Programmer's Representative to the Board of Directors. All Directors shall be full voting members. Terms of the officers shall be up to two (2) years.
